Owner & Executive Chef Laurie Nguyen has been offering up her Northwest fusion cuisine featuring elements of Europe and Southeast Asia for a while now. But recently, Locus wines made an appearance on the wine list to accompany her food. Specifically the 2013 Dineen Vineyard Semillon.
