  • Cocktail-Style Party Inside Only: 50 people standing comfortably (need bigger space? check out our other event space that can accommodate up to 150 people, a/stir on Capitol Hill).

  • Cocktail-Style Party Inside Outside with Tents, Heaters and Blankets: 60-75 people

​Here is a selection of events we hosted over the last three years and the various pricing and menu options we offered (click descriptors in parentheses to see the details).

pricing

​We do not charge rental fees. We require minimum purchase instead. If you are paying for something, you should get something in return. 

Following prices are sample pricing for 4-hour blocks, assuming closing of the tasting room to public:

  • Peak season (June-September and December):

    • $1,500 Sunday-Thursday 

    • $2,500 Friday-Saturday

  • Off-peak season (October-November, January-March) 

    • $1,000 Sunday-Thursday

    • $2,000 Friday-Saturday 

We add 20% gratuity to these amounts to cover tips and staffing. Oh and and don't forget about 10.25% sales tax on the pre-gratuity amount.
